Standard of MUET will be increased.

According to this, the education ministry hopes to increase the standard of English among students to address the deficiency in English. The commencement of higher MUET requirement ensures that university and colleges created talented graduates with a decent order of the dialect and are able to land a position later on. Personally, I felt that the education ministry can do more. They need to come out with solutions such as increasing the standard for SPM first.

Banned talk featuring Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at UM.

With reference to this case matter, I felt that he is trying to say his final words before going for trial on his sodomy case. I felt that the management of Universiti Malaya is trying to stop the support of Oppositions from the university students, First and foremost, we as a student deserve a right to stand up against corruption among the country

The university should be receptive and not playing governmental issues. Thus, we must voice out if there is any disappointment among the college policies.

Using social media marketing in higher education

Marketing plays a big role in recruiting students in higher education. Social media is a huge marketing medium. The surge in universities using social media to advertise has been a transforming the industry.

Most students survey for universities online in their own website but social media plays a big role in leading them to the website. There is also a survey that said that one fifth of the students said that they would remove and institution from their list of choices due to bad experience in the universities website.

Sex education and social media

Teenagers these days are maturing faster and it is common that teens starts drinking and having sex at a very young age. In this scenario, the social media plays a negative role, because everyone has it one way or another if a teen had sex all the peers will know about it. The impact on the teen is bad and teens feel pressured into taking drastic actions. Sex education has been implemented but is not yielding expected results. More has to be done and the best way to do so is by using social media itself, The link below shows the example of what is the impact of social media on teens mistakes.

Education in managing social media.

Social media has advantages as well as disadvantages. Education on how to manage social media's is necessary to avoid any unwanted scenarios. The best way to educate the management is through social media itself. Jocelyn Brewer, a psychologist working in a high school said that 'moderation is the key when it comes to chocolates and social media'. She also stated that the line between learning and leisure activities online is blurry and it has to be fixed. The link below leads to her article on managing social media use.
